Liberia YMCA Computer Training Program Graduates over 300

The twelfth cycle of the Liberia YMCA Computer Training Program comes to a close on Saturday July 17, 2010.

Three hundred twenty five trainees will receive certificates, following nearly five months of intensive training in various computer software.

According to the Programme Administrator of the YMCA Computer Training Program, Derrick Barshell, over five hundred persons are expected to attend the graduation program, including the graduates.

Liberia YMCA officials including the National General Secretary and Board Members are also expected to attend the closing program. The program will be held in the Monrovia YMCA Gymnasium at 12:00 pm.

The trainees were trained in Introduction to Computer System, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint among others for beginners, while advanced students were trained in Access, PowerPoint, Print Artist, Publisher, among others.
